Sanctions Compliance

Tech Guru Solutions FZCO screens all transactions against applicable sanctions lists including those maintained by the UAE, United Nations, United States OFAC, European Union and United Kingdom. We do not engage in transactions with sanctioned individuals, entities, countries or jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction without explanation where we cannot complete adequate sanctions screening.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We are committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, and all subsequent implementing regulations.

All new trade partners are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before we issue a Proforma Invoice. We may request additional documentation to satisfy our AML obligations at any stage of a transaction.

We accept payment only by bank transfer from a verified corporate bank account. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, prepaid cards or informal remittance channels under any circumstances.

Export Controls

All exports are subject to UAE export control regulations and, where applicable, the export control laws of the country of origin of the goods. We do not knowingly export controlled goods without the required licenses and end-user documentation.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction, including any applicable import licenses, duties and technical standards.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in any form. We do not offer, pay, request or accept improper payments or benefits to or from any person in connection with our business activities.

Privacy Notice

Tech Guru Solutions FZCO collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of managing trade transactions and responding to commercial enquiries. Data is held securely and is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or for the performance of a contract (e.g. carriers, banks, customs authorities).

We retain business records in accordance with UAE commercial law requirements. To request deletion, correction or access to personal data held by us, email info@techguru.ae.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All contracts entered into by Tech Guru Solutions FZCO are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from a commercial transaction shall be referred to and finally resolved under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in Dubai, UAE.
